More Wakesurfing

Kyndle can wakesurf!

Tavis took Kyndle out wakesurfing this weekend and of course she loved it! She has done it a few times before with her daddy, but I don't think he was as brave as Tav - no offense Kenny :) There were a few hairy moments when I thought Tav was going to lose Kyndle in the lake, but they both held on tight!!

Bath Time

Part of our evening ritual is to give Davin a bath and he absolutely loves it! However recently he is not happy just sitting and playing with his toys, he would rather be crawling around and pulling himself up. And let me tell you, it scares me! The bath is so slippery that I am scared he will slip and fall so I have to be watching his every move - he's crazy!

Water cooler

Davin has been very facinated with our water cooler lately. He sees Tavis and I use it all the time to make bottles and so now he has been trying to get it to work. Its quite amusing actually. He cannot push the cold water button, he is not strong enough yet - and don't worry - the hot water button has a safety lock on it! But since he cannot push the button he has begun sticking his little fingers in the hole of the water spout....and when he does that, some water comes trickling down his arm all over the floor. Once it starts to pour down his arm, he stops and investigates his arm, trying to figure out what just happened. Once he is bored with that he sits on the floor and plays with any water that got on the floor. Hahaha!! My crazy kid!

Show-off

Tavis is one of those people that are naturally good at everything they do, and even better when they try harder. Typically one of those people you can be envious of because they make everything look so easy!! That is exactly how he is when it comes to wakeboarding - well for the most part. I can say he has been perfecting his moves on the wakeboard since he was younger...I can remember him and John Richards "competing" against eachother to see who could land a certain trick first. They battled it out for many years, and as John grew out of it, well, Tavis is still in it. Not as gutsy as before, but he's still got the itch to keep on trying. Wonder if it will ever end??

Lake time with Friends!!

The Kees family joined us for the weekend too! After some hesitation both Amber and Nate gave in and tried wakesurfing - and both had success! They did really well and seemed to have a good time doing it. Tanner hung out in the boat and was such a good boy - even though his face doesn't show it :)

Choo-Choo!!

Davin LOVES to push his train around, and he is just now mastering walking behind it. It is so fun to watch him learn something new everyday!!

Now that Davin has mastered crawling he is all over the place! He loves to push things, crawl with his hands full, and chase after anyone who walks past him. He has also discoved how to open ALL of our cabinets and drawers. Most of the time I'm chasing him around telling him "No, no", but he is allowed to play in his bib drawer...and he knows it! He loves to pull them all out and drag them around the house. It is quite comical really :D



Not only does he love to cruise the house in his walker, but he finds it very fun to push around while crawling too...

The other night Davin was desperatly trying to get his Daddy's attention, but as you can see Daddy was busy....on the phone, twisting his hair into a dreadlock - it must have been a work call!

Tuck and Roll

Here is another one of Davin's new games he likes to play. He does this funny tuck and rolls himself right off the couch. Thankfully he has not done this when no one is around!!
