Labor & Delivery Classes

We just finished our 3rd labor and delivery class and have another 2 or 3 left. There are about 10 other couples in the class and so the class is pretty full. The teacher's name is Kate and she is wonderful. We are enjoying the "lessons" so far and find each class fairly informational. So far we have discussed several aspects of labor, from contractions to breathing techniques. Last night we learned a few massage techniques and our partners had to perform them on us for practice....it was great!! I loved every minute of it :) Tavis was a good sport too and I think he had fun learning what to do as well. As a reward I returned the favor when we got home and gave him a massage on his neck and shoulders, so he was a happy guy!
