Aloha!!

We just got back from Maui after being there for nearly 10 days. We were very sad and not quite ready to leave but it sure does feel good to be home.
We have been going to Maui (with Tav's parents and the Eisners) for the past few years now and every time we stay at the same condo complex - Puamana. We keep going back to the same place because it is right on the ocean with an awesome surf spot right off the beach there and yet its close enough to the town of Lahaina for the days we feel like doing something. There are several condos in the complex and we always end up in a different one. This time we had an oceanfront condo that was exactly where the guys get in and surf at. We completely lucked out! The guys were able to walk right off our lanai and into the ocean to surf, and we could just sit around the lanai and yard and watch them - it was absolutely perfect.










The kids had a really good time too. We bought a small kiddie pool for them to play in off our lanai and they had a huge span of grass to run around and be crazy. I think Davin had the most fun in the kiddie pool, he was so relaxed in it that he even pooped twice! Hahahaha!! It freaked Kyndle out each time, but as soon as we cleaned it all up she was right back in there.
There was a large pool that Kyndle spent a lot of time in practicing her swimming and learning to snorkel - which she finally got to do in the ocean during their last days there!! Yay Kyndle!!

We only went to the beach twice during the 10 days we were there - crazy I know. But when we have such a great little condo on the ocean, why would we leave?? And we only went out to eat once as a group, and then Tav and I had a fun night out with just the two of us :)

The trip really could not have been any better. Davin was SO good and it was just the kind of relaxation we needed before summer gets all crazy on us. We already want to go back....next year I hope!
